Shipping
We ship across all of Egypt through our courier partner.
- Cairo & Giza: 2–4 business days.
- Alexandria & Delta: 3–5 business days.
- Upper Egypt & other governorates: 3–7 business days.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery, credit/debit cards, and mobile wallets — available payment options are shown at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
In line with Egyptian consumer protection law, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear and intimate items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable; we cover the cost of return shipping. To start a return or exchange, contact us at yamammay.orders@galactic-egy.com or +20 100 700 3111 with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
